Copy your Support Code from the app
For the fastest help, include your Support Code in the email. You can find it in the app: User Guide → About → Support. The Support Code is a pseudonymous app identifier. It helps us verify your subscription status and troubleshoot faster, and does not include your name, email address, payment card details, photos, audio, or advertising identifiers.
What to include
- Device model (Android / iPhone)
- App version
- What you expected vs what happened
- If possible: screenshot or short video
- Support Code (User Guide → About)
